Doug Jacobs - Founder & CEO
While at Innovative Sports Marketing, Mr. Jacobs led the acquisition & distribution of both Pay Per View & Closed Circuit boxing matches featuring Julio Cesar Chavez, Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Steve Collins, Jorge Arce, Marco Antonio Barrera & others. International soccer produced and distributed by Innovative Sports Marketing included matches featuring the national teams of the USA, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina & England.
Mr. Jacobs also helped create & coordinate campaigns and events for such clients as FootAction USA , Kmart & others featuring numerous sports celebrities such as Shaquille O'Neil, Walter Payton, Terry Bradshaw, Jimmy Connors, Mary Lou Retton, Deion Sanders and Don Mattingly.
Mr. Jacobs is regularly quoted in both the trade and consumer press on issues regarding the Sports Television landscape and athlete marketing. He has appeared in the NY Times, Washington Post, Newark Star-Ledger, Sports Business Journal, Advertising Age, Footwear News, MultiChannel News, Soccer America, Maxboxing.com, Yahoosports.com, Fightnews.com and others. A. Martinez, President, Integrated Sports Media, West Coast Mr. Martinez was associate producer of Affliction Banned and has promoted and produced over 500 world class fighting events throughout the world. Affliction Banned was one of the best and successful MMA events on Pay Per View. As an executive producer he represented International Boxer Julio Cesar Chavez, renowned world boxing champion, in marketing image, commercial endorsements and sponsorships. Mr. Martinez also represented Rodolfo “El Gato” Gonzales, who was a former lightweight world champion, as well as Alexis Arguello and Carlos Palomino. He was a Director of the World Kick boxing Association for 12 years. Was nominated 5 times as Director of the year for WKBA. In 2013 Mr. Martinez was nominated and awarded the Worldl Broadcasting Award for Quality Broadcasting Sports Production for Transmission and Production Excellence at PETCO park soccer game Americas versus Xolos.

Leo Kats – Vice President
Mr. Kats comes to us with an extensive background in business operations ranging from retail merchandising to food & beverage, software and entertainment. He is currently owner of a television studio in San Diego as well as event centers in San Diego and Ft. Worth. He was also co-founder of global franchise brands Instant Imprints, Dine In 2Nite and Concerto Networks. Mr. Kats is also co-founder and board member of San Diego Central Chamber of Commerce which produces major events and supports small business.

Christy Graham - Director, Marketing & Media Operations
Ms. Graham has been a valued member of Levi Strauss & Co. for over 19 years, having started her career as an Administrative Assistant. She later advanced to the IT Department, serving as an Applications Analyst. Her promotion was a direct result of her ability to streamline operations and enhance revenue within her department. With a robust combination of technical and business skills, Ms. Graham excels as a project coordinator. Additionally, she has dedicated 13 years to providing support on Naval and Marine bases for our service members and their families. In recognition of her exemplary service to others, she received the President’s Volunteer Service Award during the Bush Administration, embodying the commendable character that defines America.

Ray F. Rodriguez is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in various sectors, including hospitality, construction, and sports media. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for Integrated Sports Media & Entertainment Pay Per View, where he focuses on new customer sponsorship development, marketing, and sales. From 1990 to 1996, Ray was the Vice President of RCW Trading Company, overseeing the import and export of pharmaceutical raw materials and building materials in Asia. He then transitioned to the restaurant industry, serving as President of Yokozuna’s Sushi Bar & Islander Grill from 1997 to 2006, where he successfully managed multiple restaurants and catering operations. Ray further expanded his expertise in construction as a General Contractor at BID Construction from 2007 to 2010, specializing in commercial tenant improvements. Following this, he held the position of VP of Business Development at IMG Networks from 2010 to 2015, where he was responsible for
federal, state, and city contracts in IT services, including network services and web development. From 2015 to 2019, he was the owner and operator of the Pacific Islander Restaurant Group, before becoming a partner in Hafa Adai Restaurant Group in 2020, where he managed restaurant operations. With a diverse background and a proven track record, Ray continues to drive business growth and innovation in his current role in the dynamic field of sports media and entertainment. Based in San Diego, CA, Ray is from a military family, son of
Francisco G. Rodriguez, AK1 Petty Officer First Class, US Navy.



Paul R. Friedman, Producer, spent over three decades as a Vice President of creative content at CBS Television. A native to Los Angeles, after college Paul moved to New York City and began work as a writer of on-air promo campaigns and producer of TV segments for both the news and entertainment divisions at CBS. Back in LA he spearheaded launches for many shows including TV's breakthrough reality franchises: Survivor, The Amazing Race and Big Brother. Most recently he was the Creative Director of marketing campaigns for prime time specials: The Grammy Awards, The Tonys, The Emmys, and Bruno Mars: 24K Magic, sharing successes and numerous awards with his team.
Charles Laubach, Associate Producer.
Mr. Laubach brings nearly four decades of experience in business, finance, and investments—guided throughout by a deep faith and a desire to serve a higher purpose. His professional journey began with H&R Block in tax services and continued with Ernst & Young, where he became a licensed CPA. Yet, it was his calling to seek greater impact that led him into the investment world, starting with Merrill Lynch.
Over the years, Mr. Laubach has acquired numerous licenses across multiple disciplines—including real estate, commodities, and futures—and has been involved in a wide array of ventures. These included marketing and sales for film productions and landmark developments such as the opening of the Marriott Desert Springs.
More recently, his passion has turned toward uplifting, purpose-driven entertainment. He has collaborated with Angel Studios and other faith-aligned visionaries to help bring inspiring, values-based storytelling to audiences around the world.
Driven by a heart for ministry through media, Mr. Laubach is committed to using his gifts and experience to support projects that reflect Biblical principles and promote messages of faith, hope, and unity. He believes in the power of storytelling and music to move hearts, change lives, and point people toward truth. Through his philanthropic work with like-minded partners, it is with us he seeks to make a positive impact on our culture.
Frank Garduno, Director of Advance Information Technology: Frank brings a remarkable 47-year journey in the dynamic world of computers and cutting-edge technologies, he's always been inspired by the ever-evolving landscape of innovation. His career is a testament to my unending thirst for the latest advancements. Debugging a program written in Chinese, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving prowess.
Frank has diiverse industry experience in banking, military, government, and satellite streaming.
He has contributed to mainframe systems and complex streaming services, pushing the
boundaries of technology. Frank has provided technical support to top-tier media companies worldwide, contributing to seamless satellite communication. Served as the Technical
Support Manager for a groundbreaking biotech startup. Proud recipient of the Chairman's

Huntsman has a lifetime of experience, and success consulting, and helming
international ventures: Selina Naturally, X-Prize, the most watched webcast ever, at time, ESPN X-Games, GuanXI America-Asia & Circle Talent Associates Beverly Hills Talent Agency, and The American Cinematheque to name a few. Huntsman is an honored Graduate of Riverside Military Academy, Special Operations Officer Training Program & multiple programs at the University of Southern California including Complete filmmaking Program &
international Sales. Distribution and Legal Aspects of the film and music business in Austin, Texas.
Mark Faucher - Executive Management Is a third generation electrical contractor with over 40 years in the industry.
Has overseen all facets of the construction industry from scheduling, procurement, installation and project management.
During this time he has successfully been awarded a patent and received many project accolades.
Mark has brought with him is management skills to oversee the completion of multi-million dollar projects.
Janet Hogstrom - Executive Management Starting in the construction industry as a teenager, she has brought with her many years of experience.
She has been involved with construction related associations and presented various classes on many topics.
Currently as General Manger, she oversees the office functions of a multi-million dollar electrical contracting
firm.

Alejandro Loya, Former Navy EOD Officer and combat veteran. Over ten years of well-rounded experience in the C-IED community with strong problem solving and decision making adeptness. I’m always ready to provide a vast and unique set of skills and experience to my next venture. Also, founder of Sympathetic Innovations; caters to the design and fabrication of IED training devices around the globe and per clients specifications. Our fabrication shop utilizes CNC’s, 3D printers and an electronics lab in order to complete customers orders. In order to run this business, I am very familiar and proficient with CAD design, Multi-Sim, Lab View, DAQ, digital/analog oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters and PCB design.
